Our fully automated shot-blasting, painting and drying line is at the center of our processing facility. 

The computer controlled shot blaster was one of the first of its kind to be installed in Ireland and offers the latest in shot blasting technology. The line includes a 100 meter long central conveying system which can pass structural steel measuring up to 20 meters long and up to 1.5 meter wide.

The water based priming and drying system will provide a consistent and even paint finish to the customers coating requirements.  The automated conveyers are capable of moving hundreds of tones of steel through the shot-blaster, painting room, dryer room and out to the holding bay with no interference ensuring a prefect finish.

Structural steel is the most common form of metal we process as we have the experience and technology to process this at extreme speeds.

Sheet steel can be processed with large capacity for up to 1500m wide and can be as long as 20 meters to comfortably  fit in the transport system. 

Unusual shaped Steel Profiles and Pipes are also a popular metal for shotblasting and priming, using the same automated system we can ensure that the no gaps are missed with the shotblasting and priming latest technology capabilities.
